Among our priorities in early childhood development are the following Result Areas:
- Supporting parents in their role as their child’s first and best teacher.
- Putting child development principles into practice in homes, childcare centers and preschools.
- Increasing community involvement in the development of children ages birth to five.

- Building Your Ability to Serve: Support for building the capacity of your organization through increased skills and knowledge.
- Making Capital Improvements: Support to upgrade your organization’s property equipment or facilities.
- Completing Research: Support for seeking a better understanding of your field or area of concentration.
- Conducting Advocacy: Support to provide education and information to your stakeholders.
- Striving for Innovation: Support to improve the effectiveness of your organization and its services.
- Other: Support that is related to young people’s development but falls outside of the specific categories listed above.
