Sustainability for youth-serving organizations

We believe that community-based youth-serving organizations play a vital role in the development of young people. For that reason we support projects that:

• Contribute to the building of the 40 Developmental Assets in young people ages 0-18. For information on the 40 Developmental Assets contact the Search Institute.
• Empower youth-serving organizations to plan for their long-term sustainability.
• Strengthen the ability of youth-serving organizations to accomplish their missions.

• Have your plan in place. We feel strongly that a current strategic plan, prepared by the staff and board of your organization, is a first step toward readiness for participation in a grant program.
