Improving Lives Application

This project serves a cross-section of age groups or offers an idea about a positive developmental experience for young people that are not listed in our grantmaking priorities.

Here’s how to apply for an Improving Lives Grant:

1. Preview the application questions in our Prep Doc below. It shows you the questions you’ll be asked on the on-line application. You’ll also see Helpful Hints to help you complete the application.
2. Have your project budget saved as a separate document to be uploaded. Need a budget template? Click here.
3. Click on “Ready to Apply” below to fill out our online application.

Helpful Hint:
