Here’s how to secure your seat on the rocketship headed for Planet Phil:

6. Talk to your parental units about the trip and get their go-ahead for launch. Ask them to sign the “Permission Request” form.

5. Recruit a few parents or other adults to blast off with your Pod and chaperone your travels.  You and any adult who travels to Planet Phil will need to sign the “Code of Conduct” and the emergency section of the “Permission Request” form.

4. Fly at the speed of light through the “Registration” form. Simply print the form and complete it by hand; legibly please.

3. Make sure your Navigator receives your three pieces of registration no later than September 24, 2007. Remind your spacey Pod friends to get theirs in too!

2. Watch for your confirmation and further details in your mailbox during the week of October 15, 2007.
