Parents who understand how their very young children develop, and feed that early development with rich experiences and emotional support, pave the way for economic freedom.

In 2006 we started Before5, a program designed to support parents in their role as their children’s first teachers. As Before5 develops, we hope to partner with community organizations such as libraries, churches and county extension offices to educate parents about the important role they play in their child’s development.
