    Midterm and Final Grant Reports

With nearly every grant from our foundation comes the expectation of a midterm and final grant report. These very brief reports are important in several ways:

    • These reports help keep all of us focused on the investment that was made and the anticipated project results.
    • Midterm reports help us to understand if our grantees are on track for success or if they need some kind of support from us (or another source) to bring about their anticipated project results.
    • Final grant reports help us to analyze our work, learn from your experiences and make better grant investments in the future.

What should I include in my report?

Once your grant proposal has been approved and you’ve signed the grant agreement, we’ll place blank copies of your midterm and final grant reports into your Dekko Foundation account.  (You’ll receive an email notice that this has happened.)  You’ll be able to view these reports at any time and ask us any questions that arise.

What if I need a copy of my report?

Your midterm or final grant report can be found in your Dekko Foundation account.  If you have a problem finding or accessing your report, please feel free to contact us with your questions.  Phone: 260-347-1278; email dekko@dekkofoundation.org.
